Purple Ink Theme
Visual description
Light purple header with the purple jolynn logo and nav links for updates, about me, and search. I finished a second theme for my wife Jolynn's website, purplejolynn.com.
Most of the functions carry over from Retro Terminal. Page types, hero system, admin setup, all reused. I did not start from scratch, and that made this build move a lot faster than the first one.
The look is a different story. Where Retro Terminal runs dark mode with a CRT terminal feel, this one is light mode only, hand drawn ink style, built around a purple palette. The six symbols reflect what my wife has drawn her whole life.
I'm calling it Purple Ink. Different enough to stay interesting. Familiar enough under the hood that it came together fast.
Next up is a third theme, this one for my son Ando.
